Wim started composing and to play the piano before he entered the conservatory to study Voice, Chorus-conducting and Composition. He studied composition with Robert Heppener and in 1987 completed his studies in Alkmaar and Maastricht.

October / November 2008 Nürnberg Colosseum  World Premiere
of the Violin Concerto in the new Concerthall of  the Nürnberger Symphoniker
Recording is planned around this performance of the new Violin Concerto, together with
Piano Concerto no.1, played by Paul Komen and his new Piano Concerto no.2,
played by Nata Tsvereli. We'll keep you informed !
